My daughter is allergic to milk, eggs, and nuts, so finding good snack food that all my kiddies can eat is problematic. They simply LOVE veggie booty! I open a bag, throw it on the table, and get out of the way fast so I don't lose a hand. My three kids ages 18 months to 8 years can demolish a bag quite easily in one sitting, so obviously I don't have to worry about it going stale.

When my daughter was starting to eat snack foods, I got a pack of these for her to try - she loved them and so did I. Since then, this is a staple in our snack list & since it has such wonderful nutritional numbers, it makes for guilt free snacking :)
I have introduced these to several of my friends & they all have loved it ( my brother-in-law finished almost an entire bag in one sitting!)
It does get tasteless if it isn't fresh (soggy) ie. if the bag wasn't airtight, so you should check the bag before you buy these.
In all, I highly recommend that you give it a try.

yummy and pretty healthy for junk food May 18, 2007

Every toddler I know, including my own, loves this stuff, and my husband and I love it, too. One ounce has 30% of the RDA of Vitamin A, 15% Vitamin C, and 15% calcium. I recognize all the names in the ingredient list--nothing artificial, no preservatives other than salt. Tasty and sorta healthy--definitely recommended.

In my humble opinion, these are oen of the best snack foods available. A bit salty, but I like that.
They are reasonably healthy and tasty and with Amazon's subscription discount, suprisingly affordable. However, if you are getting two boxes at once, they ship it in this huge box that ALWAYS arrives as tho the shippers played football with it first. it is probably a function of the large size and very light weight. I have received three shipments so far and I believe every single one arrived that way and each time I had to discard one of the bags because it has had popped open during shipping.
The 4 oz bag, tho a bit small, does help keep me from overindulging.

They're good! My mom who is in a nursing home loves 'em too. I take her a few bags each time I go to see her. I bought 3 cases just for that reason.
And they have Kale!!!...tasty, and with Kale???....amazing feat! (not feet)
